The world that is fortunate for us is far from boring and constantly changing. Starting a business and creating something new is easier than ever – having an idea and running wild with it. We are blessed to live in a world where you can start from scratch and achieve everything. We usually hear and read about huge success stories and how much money companies are worth right now, but very few people stop to learn and read about struggles, failures and all the hard work that goes into them.

Startups are tough, stressful and time consuming. That’s where having a tough team comes into play. You often hear of a man or woman who had a successful idea and they gained most of the glory. Rarely have you heard of teammates who supported him in every step. The most successful people surround themselves with people who think differently, act differently, and have opposite strengths and weaknesses. In short, teamwork works the dream.
