Teamwork works as a dream: The importance of time virtual teamwork

“Focus on being productive instead of busy.” Tim Ferris
If everyone thinks the same, likes the same thing and has the same work style then the world will be a very boring place. The world that is fortunate for us is far from boring and constantly changing. Starting a business and creating something new is easier than ever – having an idea and running wild with it. We are blessed to live in a world where you can start from scratch and achieve everything. We usually hear and read about huge success stories and how much money companies are worth right now, but very few people stop to learn and read about struggles, failures and all the hard work that goes into them.
Startups are tough, stressful and time consuming. That’s where having a tough team comes into play. You often hear of a man or woman who had a successful idea and they gained most of the glory. Rarely have you heard of teammates who supported him in every step. The most successful people surround themselves with people who think differently, act differently, and have opposite strengths and weaknesses. In short, teamwork works the dream.
The people you surround yourself with will ultimately decide how much and how successful your company or idea is going to be. Now more important than ever is having a team that pushes each other and makes the most of their time. We live in a world where there are millions of reasons for you to sit back and engage in mindless confusion, but startups can’t afford it. We all know that you are going to find out what you keep. That is absolutely true.
Now it’s time for your team to sit down, video chat, work on market research, and stress If your team has extra time, look at design, logos, finance, mechanics, and ways to get your business up and running. If your teammates don’t try to keep up the pace, it may be time for your teammates to reconsider.
No one is denying that what is happening with the COVID-19 epidemic is true deception, but even in the dark there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Time is of the essence, and startups in particular need to keep up the pace. We are blessed to survive in the age of technology and have many resources at our fingertips to keep in touch and keep working. There is no better time than today for your team to grow, learn, reach and crush the goals you all set. The team fails together and wins together. So I encourage you: If you are blessed with extra time in this difficult time, use your time to be productive. Your company or idea depends on it.
